Nigeria Premier League side, Warri Wolves Football Club will unleash their Cameroonian import, Clevis Atsu, who just moved to the club from Union Sportive de Douala on Enyimba of Aba when they clash in the Glo Super 4 second match at Abuja National Stadium on Monday, 26 January, 2015.
Eyeonthesports.com gathered that the club’s technical crew, led by Paul Aigbogun, will present a strong team against the Aba Elephant as they plan to raise their game in the pre-season tournament.
Media Officer of Wolves, Moses Etu told eyeonthesports.com in Abuja that officials of the club came to the Super 4 to test their new players, adding that the team, known as Delta Emperors, would play better when they confront Enyimba at 1:00pm on Monday.
“Warri Wolves lost their opening match of the competition 1-2 to Nigeria’s U-23 Eagles on Saturday due largely to the fact that our crew want to assess the quality of talents in the team.
“But the officials will make some changes in the line up and present a strong team against Enyimba today”, Etu told eyeonthesports.com at Wolves’ Hotel camp in Zone 5, Abuja on Monday.
It was gathered that number one goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi, who was on the bench during Saturday’s opening match will keep the post for Wolves against Enyimba, while some of the big boys are listed for the cracker.
Also expected in Wolves’ strong side today are; Semiu Laidi, a new signing from Enyimba, Michael Okoye, a returnee former player of the team, who was signed from Enyimba this season, and another returnee star Emmauel Omodiagbe.
