Warri Wolves Complete Dolphins’ Woes At Glo Super 4

Warri Wolves had the upper hands in the battle of the two Confederation Cup hopefuls as a late Abu Azeez strike gave the Seasiders a 2-1 win over Glo Premier League Super-4 Tournament whipping boys, Dolphins of Port Harcourt on Sunday.
The pre-season tournament, staged at the Abuja National Stadium, saw
defender Onyekachi Akakem giving Dolphins the lead on the 5th minute but the Federations Cup beaten finalists were pegged back when Sikiru Adewale leveled scores ten minutes before the break.
Dolphins midfielder Emeka Atuloma was then sent off for a second bookable offence midway through the second half before Abu Azeez scored out of nothing with one minute of regulation time left to
give Wolves a deserved victory.
