Torres To Start Against Empoli

AC Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi says he will make a late decision whether to play Fernando Torres at Empoli despite stating the forward is ready to start his first game for the club.
Torres has made one substitute appearance for Milan since moving to Italy on a two-year loan from Chelsea.
“I’d say Torres and Marco van Ginkel are ready and they’ve settled in well,” said Inzaghi ahead of Tuesday’s Serie A game.
“I will decide if they will start.”
Torres joined AC Milan at the end of August, but the 30-year-old Spain international’s debut was delayed by a damaged ankle.
However, Torres appeared as a 76th-minute substitute during Milan’s 1-0 home defeat by reigning Italian champions Juventus on 20 September.
“Torres is a real front-man as is Giampaolo Pazzini. We will see how we can use them to their best,” added Inzaghi.
“I have seven strikers so I am spoilt for choice. I will decide as each game comes up.”
