Orji’s opener was followed by another bang from Peter Michael who earlier squandered many chances before converting a pass from Chibuike to make it two goals for the Apex Boys.
A total of 9 goals garnered in six matches have placed the Abuja-based team in an advantage position on the NNL log.
Michael who has so far gotten his second goal of the season however vowed to keep firing, adding “I have set a target for myself this season and I’m hoping to achieve it with more playing time”.
Supreme Court FC Head Coach Henry Haggai praised the performance of his boys with a promise to work on noticeable lapses before the next match against Plateau United in Jos.
According to him “We missed some chances especially in first half but thank goodness, my players were able to convert two goals. My game plan was not to score in the first half, that’s why we needed to do more work”.
