The Nigerian government claims the country’s Police is working hard to safeguard lives and properties, but the above disturbing image of a Policeman dragging a man he arrested along the tarred road proves otherwise.

Although, there is no information about what offence the man had committed, but this is a common act by the Police in Nigeria and it should be discouraged. Obviously, the sight of the Danfo bus shows this inhuman act took place in Lagos.

The Inspector General of Poice must react to this inhumanity to a fellow compatriot.
