The media in Nigeria have obtained an exclusive video of Police atrocities in southeast Nigeria where members of the Nigerian Police Task Force known as the “Special Anti Robbery Squad’ (SARS) engage in an egregious extra-judicial process of shooting testicles and penises of persons accused on kidnapping in Abia state.
