Nigeria’s players and coach to this year’s World Team Cup African regional qualifiers in Kenya, have arrived in the East African nation, eyeonthesports.com can confirm.
Making this confirmation to our correspondent Wednesday morning, was the coach of the physically-challenged players, Frank Termena.
“We arrived here safely and are just fine. The players are looking forward to having a great tournament where Nigeria is the defending champion.
“Like I told you before leaving the country, we are well prepared to ensure that we show our class as a top wheelchair tennis playing country on the continent”, Termena said while hastening to attend the opening ceremony of the event.
Wasiu Yusuf and Alex Adewale are the players who will battle players from other countries in the event which also serves as the African Championship.
