
Kwara United Football Club have appointed coaches to lead the newly promoted club in the Nigeria Premier League, NPL this season.
The club in a statement on Monday in Ilorin, signed by the General Manager, Alhaji Haruna Maigidansanma, stated that Tunde Abdurahman heads the Technical crew, while former Technical Adviser of the team Babatunde Sanni serves as the Chief Coach.
The statement also confirmed former Nigeria international, Jimoh Balogun as the Assistant Coach, while Kareem Elemosho joined the club as Goalkeeper Trainer.
According to the Statement Mustapha Ganiyu was also appointed as a Trainer of the Afonja Warriors.
Maigidansanma however reiterated the Club’s call to the fans for continued support, and to always suggest positive steps for the team to strive in the Nigeria Professional Football League.
Kwara United return to the top flight of Nigeria Club football this season, after sinking into the lower rungs of the league back in the 2012/13 season.
