Keshi Blasts Nigerian Fans For Abusing His Mother

Super Eagles Coach, Stephen Keshi has lambasted some Nigerian fans, saying it is a shame they are abusing the families of the players and his very self because they are playing for the country at Brazil 2014 World Cup.
Keshi and his team received some hard knocks from angry fans after they played a barren draw against Iran in their World Cup Group F opening match last week.
However, a bitter Keshi, who spoke on brilafm on Tuesday, replied the fans, saying the fans have no reason whatsoever to insult his team.
A visibly angry Keshi enthused: “It’s a shame that the fans are abusing the parents of my players, and I am really disappointed. Our people keep doing the same thing and they come back to say they are sorry. Sorry for what? Sorry for abusing my mum and sorry for abusing my siblings? For what? Just because I am representing Nigeria. Oh! Give me a break?”
Meanwhile, the Eagles battle Argentina on Wednesday in Porto Alegre in their last group match, which will determine their qualification for the Round of 16 at Brazil 2014 World Cup.
