The Chairman of Golden Chance Lotto, Honourable Idowu Obasa says his company has achieved a great feat with the launch of his company’s Web Application.
Obasa made the disclosure at the formal launching of Golden Chance Lotto Web Application held at Sheraton Hotels & Towers in Ikeja, Lagos, on Friday, 3 June, 216.
According to Obasa; “Today, we are presenting Golden Chance Lotto’s Web Application to the public. It’s the result of 20 years of research, which a few have already acquired while some are still exclusive to our company.
“I’m particularly glad about this new innovation, which I know will afford millions of individuals who might not want to come out openly to play lotto ‘the opportunity to play it in their various homes using their phones, tablets, computers and other devices”.
The Lotto boss explained further that his company realized that in spite of the marvel of the POS, there are millions of potential stakers who still lack access to play for various reasons, saying the launch of their lotto web Application was timely to serve such private needs.
“Unlike many years ago when lottery was played manually, the new Web Application will help the lottery agents and cashiers to safe valuable hours collating results and picking winners who are in turn paid promptly”, a proud Obasa said.
In another development, Obasa hinted that five highest selling agents of Golden Chance Lotto have been rewarded with a trip to Dubai with their spouses. According to him, the incentive is a way of rewarding hardworking agents of the company.
The application www. winnersgoldenchancelotto.com, was developed by three IT staff of the company.
The event was witnessed by the General Manager, Lagos State Lottery Board, Lanre Gbajabiamila and a host of other dignitaries including Nollywood actor Funsho Adeolu and Yaw, a Radio popular presenter.
Gbajabiamila, while reacting to Obasa’s presentation, however commended Golden Chance Lotto for the innovation and praised the staff who created it. He urged them to break new grounds by using technology to advance the business of Lotto in Nigeria, saying the company will continue to enjoy the support of the Lagos State Lottery Board and state government.
