Eagles Arrive In Nelspruit

The Super Eagles have arrived safely in Nelspruit, Mpumalanga Province of South Africa ahead of Sunday’s international friendly match gainst the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
The team were immediately moved into the Ingwenyama Conference and Sports Resort that housed it during the successful 2013 Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
Players and officials traveled aboard a CRJ 900 series aircraft belonging to ARIK Air, and landed at the Nelspruit International Airport after seven-and-half hours. The team is led by member of NFF Executive Committee and chairman of the Technical and Development Committee, Chief Felix Anyansi-Agwu, and includes NFF Deputy General Secretary, Dr. Emmanuel Ikpeme.
Sunday’s match at the Mbombela Stadium, Mpumalanga, starts at 4pm South Africa time (3pm Nigeria time), but there is a curtain raiser between the U-17 National Team of South Africa and their Malian counterparts, from 1pm.
