Biafra: Kanu Objects To Trial By Justice Mohammed

The director of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu who was arraigned on Wednesday, 23 December before a Federal High Court in Abuja amid heavy security presence, has objected to trial by Justice Mohammed.

The federal High Court judge, Justice Ahmed Mohammed, absolved himself from hearing treason charges brought by the government against Nnamdi Kanu.

He announced the decision after Nnamdi Kanu objected to the case, saying it was needless, as the federal government had repeatedly disobeyed previous court rulings.
