With just five or four games to the end of the season, Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) players have vowed to go on an indefinite strike action after their Week 34 League match against Plateau United in far away Jos on Sunday, 4 September, 2016.

According to feelers from the camp, the players are threatening not to call off the impending strike until all their bonuses and arrears of salaries are paid in full.

Eyeonthenews.com gathered that morale in the camp was at its lowest as the players were complaining of unpaid bonus arrears of twelve matches.

The players also hinted that they have not been paid their salaries for seven months.

However when eyeonthenews.com contacted the Media Officer of the team, Jubril Arowolo on the matter, he denied having any knowledge of such planns.

He said the management will do everything to forestall such plans from seeing the light of the day, especially at this crucial time of the league.
