It has been revealed that live matches from the English Premier League would be shown on GOTV from this weekend.

“With the football season off to an exciting start and everyone looking to see if David Moyes can fill the shoes of Sir Alex Ferguson, and with high expectations of the Special One; Jose Maurinho, who returns to Old Trafford for a showdown with the Red Devils. The list is endless. The football world is excited to see Neymar join Messi at FC Barcelona. However, GOtv subscribers can share in the action from the comfort of their homes with the lineup of matches showing on GOtv this weekend”, she said.
Obiomah further stated that On SUPERSPORT SELECT 2, channel 32 is available on GOtv Plus only, and that sports fans and their subscribers can catch Premier League actions this Saturday, 24 August, 2013, as Newcastle United take on West Ham United at 2:50pm.
“Also on Saturday, German Bundesliga teams; Hertha Berlin and Hamburg will kick off their game at 5:25pm, while Spanish La Liga team Villareal play Valladolid at 9:55pm. Sporting action also continues in the Italian Serie A on Sunday, 25 August, when Lazio take on Udinese at 7:40pm”.
The GOTV official said those longing for more action can make it a date with GOtv on Friday, 23 August at 6:00pm to see Cyber Tracker 2 on M-NET MOVIES ZONE, channel 2 on GOtv.
