The Nigeria National League, NNL, Week 13 Matches will take place across Nigeria on Wednesday, 30 April with tough encounters between Wikki Tourists and Mighty Jets of Jos.
Wikki have 24 points to lead NNL Division A, while Jets have 21 to place second hence their meeting will be winner takes all.
Division B leaders, Gabros International of Nnewi and First Bank of Lagos will play away games against MFM and Ekiti United respectively, a situation which may open way for Abia Comets and Bendel Insurance, who have home advantages to go top if they win their matches.
Meanwhile, the NNL has postponed all Week 14 matches scheduled for the weekend of 3 and 4 May respectively and has accordingly rescheduled same to the midweek of the upper week.
According to a statement issued by the NNL Secretary, Lawrence Katkem to all the national league clubs in Nigeria, the postponement is as a result of the States Football Association final matches slated for the same weekend.
In another development, NNL secretariat has directed all the clubs in the league to remit without delay the agreed deductions from their players salaries for onward remittance to the Association of Professional Footballers of Nigeria, APFON, as ordered by the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF.
