Nigeria male volleyball team will confront Cameroon, Rwanda and Tunisia in Group A of the 2018 Men’s U-21 Africa Nations Cup that begins on Wednesday, 12 September in Abuja.
Chad will take on Morocco in an opening match on Wednesday, 12 September by noon, while host Nigeria face Cameroon by 3pm. Tunisia begin their campaign against Rwanda by 5pm and the defending champion meet Congo by 7pm.
Eight countries divided into two preliminary pools will slug it out in Nigeria from 12th through 20th September, 2018. Defending champions, Egypt were drawn in Group B along with Chad, Egypt and Morocco.
Meanwhile, the draws of the championship was done in the presence of CAVB President Dr Amr Elwani and Control committee of the competition in Abuja.
The African U-21 Nations Cup serves as 2019 World Championship qualifiers where the top two African teams will book their tickets to represent Africa in the FIVB U-21 championship.
