America-baded Nigerian boxer Gifted Cole Chiori says his target is to win six more titles before end of the year.
The undefeated Nigerian boxer, Gifted Cole knocked out Mexican champion Yair Agular in round 3 of a 10-round Middleweight World Boxing Federation, WBF Title fight in Atlanta last month.
Speaking to eyeonthenews.com at his Festac residence in Lagos on Sunday, Gifted expressed happiness that he won his last fight, declaring that he wants more titles to improve on his ranking.
“I’m glad I defeated Agular in my last fight, that was behind me now because I still have six fights to contend with this year.
“I have fighhts in Russia, Germany, Croatia, Austria and Mexico, and hopefully, I want to add them to my previous titles. After that, I will need just three more to make my titles 20, so I can rise to the top, where I can challenge for the ultimate WBF title”, the boxer told eyeonthenews.com.
Gifted Cole, who increased his victories to 12 in his WBF Middleweight category, is in Lagos to present his title belt as a special 40th Wedding Anniversary gift to his parents, Rev Omeaku and Juliana Cole Chiori.
On his parents’ wedding anniversary, Gifted Cole said: “I salute my dad and mum for achieving this milestone, I actually came to Lagos to honour their 40th wedding anniversary and I’m excited to present my WBF belt to them as a gift, that was my promise to my parents before the fight”.
