Cole Chiori Knocks Out German Boxer

Cole with Reiche

Undefeated Nigerian boxer, Gifted Cole Chiori increased his winning streak to 10, following his Junior Middleweight World Boxing Federation, WBF, title fight victory against German champion, Tom Reiche on Saturday.
Chiori has now won nine of his 10 fights on knockouts, as the America-based Nigerian boxer knocked out his opponent in the fourth round of the bout held at the Grand Ball Room, 6100 Live Oak Park, Norcross in Atlanta Georgia, USA on 9 November, 2013.
The fight, tagged ‘The Lights Out Series’, was put together by Sugar Bert Boxing Promotion in partnership with Achievas Entertainment Company Limited, which feature 10 other title bouts in the US last weekend.
Chiori, the ‘Gifted’ pugilist, who earlier promised to take his German opponent to the cleaners, knocked Reiche around the roped square until he kissed the canvass, while the referee quickly stopped the fight in round four.
When Gifted’s father, Reverend Cole Chiori heard of his son’s successful demolition of his German opponent early Sunday, he praised the Nigerian boxer, describing him as a good ambassador of the family, Nigeria and Africa as a whole.
The Asaga-Ohafia born boxer from Abia State, Nigeria, is however ending the year on a very sound note, having defeated American house boy, Nate Petty in a similar fight on 20 July this year, the only bout that lasted the distance in his 10 previous fights.
Eyeonthesports.com gathered that his family was ably represented by a Nigerian delegation of fans led by the Chief Executive Officer, CEO of Ocean Glory Commodities Limited and Executive Director of Achievas Entertainment Company limited, Mr. Peter Cole Chiori, who were at the ringside to support him during the fight in America.
